Reverse Records Lookup Review for cell phone number

While going through my wife’s purse to find her mom’s phone number, I also found another number. It had a man’s name and her hand writing on it.

It isn’t a name that I recognize and she hadn’t mentioned to me.

For some reason it is bothering me so I’m looking up ways to find out who this guy is by just using his phone number.
