Don’t get sandwiched… learn about probate

After the death of my mommy I have come to realize that I have a lot to learn about probate. Mommy was always private about her finances she owned 4 sandwich shops outside of Los Angles. When she died and made me executor of her estate I discovered I had to follow a lot of probate laws and procedures which I knew nothing about. But how do you learn about probate ? was my question.  The way I learned about probate was by going to the internet and doing a yahoo search for "learn about probate".  The best site I found was estate settlement.com. If you ever need to learn about probate and what is involved in the process check out this site it may be of help to you.  I am glad I learned about probate we found out that Mommy’s sandwich shops were worth over $3.2 million.
