It was amazing the way she makes it

It was one of the best long black that I have ever tasted. It was thick and woody and even without putting in the sugar, there was a tint of sweetness. But, when I asked her how to make coffee so good, she showed me 2 socks (which I now know that it is called coffee socks). She simply  pour the water into the socks, then transfer between 2 jugs and depending on the concentration of the coffee, keep pouring the coffee into the same sock. The intensity and concentration depends on experience. Of course, the great tasting coffee can only be brewed with her experience.
