Okay here is my situation here in Maplewood, NJ. I have to cook tonight, as it is my turn. My husband cooked yesterday. But I have worked very hard today and I am exhausted! I need a solution. My family will not like take-out, because it is supposed to be home cooked tonight. So what to do. Well, with a little internet searching, I found a way to cook home cooked family meals, just not in my home. You go to this business that rents you their meal assembly kitchen. You cook from a menu, take it home and you are done. No dishes, no grocery shopping!
