Does single MMR vaccine really cause autism?

People think that autism is caused by single MMR vaccine. There are few studies which tell us that the digestive system of the kids are affected by the injection of MMR drug into their body and thus cause autism. This is the only study which has concluded these remarks. All other studies are of the view that the population has increased that’s why the cases of autism have increased as well.
