Continuing Education in Diabetes
April 11, 2008 4:16 am HealthMy sister is a registered nurse in a cardiac unit. It’s a requirement that she have a certain number of continuing education hours each year in order to keep her license. My youngest daughter was recently diagnosed with diabetes. When my sister had an opportunity to choose what continuing education course she was going to take last year one she chose was as diabetes continuing education course. She took this course so that she could share the information with me. The American Diabetes Association sponsored the course. My sister and I both learned a great deal about diabetes which will go a long way toward helping my daughter and my sister’s patients.
