A lifelong habit of taking vitamins to help maintain health is admirable, but even more important as you age. Antioxidants like Vitamins C and E can help prevent and repair cell damage. Vitamin A and Lutein keep eyes healthy, while Vitamin D and calcium safeguard against bone loss. You don’t have to break the bank to sustain this healthy habit, either. The labels on bottles may be different, but the vitamins inside are the same. A generic brand from your local drug store will work just fine.
