I’d Like To Direct For Television

Is it possible for someone who comes from humble origins such as myself to be able to ever arise to star status? It has always been a dream of mine to attend one of the great film directing schools in the nation. Then to pursue a career of making classic movies all over again. You know, the ones that warm your heart? I'd like to direct for television one day too.
