When you suffer an injury to your thumb, one of the biggest things you face is swelling in the area. The reason I say this is because where there are swelling there is also a reduced mobility and use of that joint. So, in order to reduce the swelling and still have some use of the joint, I am going to teach you about taping thumb injuries so that you can keep on going and heal yourself at the same time.
