We promoted the shop floor

I have been with the company for several years and seen lots of changes in that time. Among them, I have become the shop foreman. But the best one has been that we, in a sense, promoted our shop floor operations. We installed electronic data management for the shop floor using special software. We did away with our mountains of never ending paperwork. We increased our productivity. We increased our reporting abilities and made decision making much more swift. Another important thing is that it is very user friendly.
