The Role of the Business Coach

This holds true whether the employee is hired for a permanent, full time, on sight position or whether the employee is brought in on a temporary, contract assignment. The latter are usually specialty employees that are hired for a specific time frame and role, business coaches would fit in to this category. A business coach is someone who is hired by the owner of a small to medium sized business to come in and provide training coaching on all aspects of the business world from team building and cohesion to sales and marketing to systems analysis and operations. Business coaches can help solidify the business foundation with the in depth work they do and the help they provide.
