Learning how to start a restaurant
October 15, 2008 6:15 am BusinessI feel I have the best mentor available to help me learn the ins and outs of managing and owning a restaurant. I am learning how to start a restaurant from someone who has first hand experience and success at it. My aunt and uncle are the proud owners of 3 successful restaurants that they have started from the ground up. It has been a labor of love to say the least and they have spent countless hours of hard work and lots sacrifice to make them a success. My uncle has taken me under his wing in the hopes that one day I will be able to open up my own restaurant one day.
