I know that what I did was wrong, and I plan to plead guilty to the charges. I could do that without representation or with a public defender, but I don’t think that’s a wise choice. A good attorney may be able to arrange a plea bargain and get some of the charges dropped or reduced. I have never been in trouble before, so he or she may be able to get the judge to take that into consideration.
