Hull Business Trainer and Learning Contracts

When hosting a training workshop it is always valuable to ask participants exactly what they expect to get out of the workshop.  It is often surprising that the delegates expectations are somewhat different from those prepared by the trainer and some quick revisions are in order to make sure that the delegates get maximum benefit from the seminar.  As a Hull business trainer I like to take a few minutes at the start of a session to establish some ground rules in the form of a learning contract.  These rules can include learning objectives, how delegates will interact, priority topics etc.
