Every year the services covered by private health insurance increases, At times the health care spending grows slowly but most often the health care spending grows rapidly. The presidential candidates do not move beyond the platitudes concerning costs. There were many steps taken for Healthcare Cost Containment but none was sufficient. Responding to the risen health care costs the employers initially shifted some of the costs to employees and the through increased contributions, increased deductibles, etc.
