You have to consider restaurant marketing and let it become one of your allies. One sure fire way to start drawing people in down South is by having a karaoke night. People around here love to get up there and sing and make a fool of themselves. Even if they live in a dry county with no alcohol. People around here know how to have fun without all the booze. It seems to work for the smallest of restaurants.
