Have you ever paid to use portable restrooms?
July 5, 2008 1:14 pm BusinessI was visiting some friends of ours in Philadelphia and saw my first portable restrooms that required payment for use. I was shocked. Even though I had heard of this in passing, I was so surprised to actually see one in person. I was tempted to pay the dollar fee just to see if it was any nicer than the others ones I have used throughout the years. My girlfriend said, they are all over the city and it is a more recent initiative to clean up the city. In the end, I was thankful to use the washroom inside the restaurant we were eating lunch at.
