Affordable Property on Costa Rica Beaches

I personally prefer Tamarindo beach to any of the other Costa Rica Beaches like Pan de Azucar or El Coco.  Not sure why exactly, but in my opinion the surfing is better in Tamarindo.  I also enjoy the little tree house restaurant on the beach with a fantastic ocean view.  If I had the money to I would definitely buy some property here.  In time I could then save the money to build myself a dream beach home.  But a beachfront dream house in Tamarindo Beach, Costa Rica is way out of my financial reach; maybe once I turn twenty-five!
