The painted mural in my sister’s room

I grew up with 3 older siblings, and one younger. The sister just before me, is an artist. A true artist.

My father was a preacher, and a gospel music singing teacher. My sister and I could both sing, but she also got the artist’s hand.

She painted a beautiful mural of a Geisha girl with an umbrella over a black painted background on one full wall in her bedroom. It was beautiful! I longed to learn her painting techniques, and have just a teeny bit of that talent in my little hands.

I have an artist’s spirit, I am now working on the technique with the help of Bercle George’s writings.
